Our staff is knowledgeable, diverse, and have extensive backgrounds in both fitness and performance realms. You can book with "Any available instructor" or choose someone from our list! If you don't see your desired instructor, date, or time available, don't hesitate to reach out to see if we can accomodate your requests!

Policies
*Private lesson memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
*Private lessons can only be booked with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
*Our cancellation window closes 24 hours before a class is set to start. If you do not cancel more than 24 hours prior to your class start time, you will lose that lesson, and there are no refunds.
*If you need to cancel, do so more than 24 hours before class starts. If you early cancel, your lesson pass will go back on to your account to be used toward a future visit.
