We do not require a lengthy commitment for any monthly memberships, but we do require an initial 60 day commitment and 20 days notice before cancellation. All monthly memberships are auto-renewing, and include Member discounts on additional classes, workshops, events, and in our retail boutique!

Membership policies
Monthly Memberships including but not limited to: Hella Fun, Really Rad, All That, and Infinite Unlimited will auto-renew unless canceled. Unused classes DO NOT rollover.
Monthly Memberships require a minimum of 60 days or two billing cycles at initial sign up. After that, a member may cancel their membership at any time provided they notify Black Box Creative more than 20 days prior to their next auto-renewal.
Members must notify Black Box Creative via email ([email protected]), text message (512-643-2711), voicemail, or in person 20 days prior to their next auto-renewal to cancel or place a hold on their membership.
If Black Box Creative is not notified within the 20 day window, any holds or cancellations will incur a fee.
Memberships may be paused for up to 2 full billing cycles. A member must resume their membership and pay for at least one more auto-renewal after a pause before they may cancel their membership.
There are no refunds, full or partial, for memberships once purchased. Unused classes do not rollover to your next cycle, and will not be otherwise replaced if you do not use them.

If your account is flagged for non-payment you will either pay your balance or incur a fee to reactivate your membership (whichever is less).

Drop-in passes are valid for 90 days, Wanderlust Visitor passes are valid for 10 days, The Dimepiece Class Pack is valid for 45 days.

Cancellations and No-Show policies
Our daily class cancellation window is 4 hours. If you cancel your reservation in a class with more than 4 hours notice, your class pass will be available for another visit during your current billing period.
If you cancel your reservation less than 4 hours before class, you will lose your class pass as well as incur a $10 non-refundable fee.
If you do not cancel your reservation and do not attend a class, you will lose your class pass as well as incur a $15 non-refundable fee.
You may manage your reservations via our app, Wellness Living, or notify us via text, voicemail, or email. Time stamps on text, voicemail, and email messages will be honored.

A paid pass is required to reserve a spot on any waitlist.
A client may be moved into a class up to two hours before a class is scheduled to begin.
All Daily Class cancellation and no-show policies apply to any reservation, including those moved from the waitlist.
If you are on a waitlist but no longer able to attend a class, you must cancel your reservation with more than 2 hours notice and before you are automatically moved into class, or you will incur cancellation fees.
If you are moved into a class but then cancel your reservation with less than 4 hours notice, you will incur a late cancellation fee.
If you are on a waitlist but do not make it into a class, your pass will automatically be available to use for another visit during your current effective period.
You can manage your waitlist reservations just like other class reservations via our App, Website, or contacting our team directly.
