Our auto-renewing memberships are dope,
but we do have options that don't auto-renew! We do not require a lengthy commitment for monthly memberships, but we do require two months or two billing cycles initially, and 20 days notice before cancellation. |
What to expect
Our classes are non-competitive, focus on building strong foundational moves, finding your own flow, and having a damn good time. We will guide you safely through movements, but also give you freedom to explore. We welcome all bodies and all backgrounds into our space. We do not tolerate disrespect, hateful actions, or risky behavior.
What to bring
Generally speaking, close fitting clothing that allows for movement and skin grip are best for most classes. Legs and arms should be exposed. We encourage you to dress how you feel comfortable, and as long as your genitals are covered, dress as spicy as you'd like! If anything special is required for classes, it will be mentioned in the description! Water fountains are available at the studio, but bring your own vessel for refills. Free snacks are always available at the studio as well!
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations and no-shows:
Late cancel and No-show policies apply to all reservations made with Black Box Creative but differ based on appointment type.
Daily classes:
Our daily class cancellation window is 4 hours. If you cancel your reservation in a class with more than 4 hours notice, your class pass will be available for another visit during your current billing period.
If you cancel your reservation less than 4 hours before class, you will lose your class pass as well as incur a $10 non-refundable fee.
If you do not cancel your reservation and do not attend a class, you will lose your class pass as well as incur a $15 non-refundable fee.
You may manage your reservations via our app, Wellness Living, or notify us via text, voicemail, or email. Time stamps on text, voicemail, and email messages will be honored.
There are no refunds, full or partial, for class passes or memberships once purchased.

All Daily Class cancellation and no-show policies apply to any reservation, including those moved from the waitlist.
If you are on a waitlist but no longer able to attend a class, you must cancel your reservation with more than 2 hours notice and before you are automatically moved into class, or you will incur cancellation fees.
If you are moved into a class but then cancel your reservation with less than 4 hours notice, you will incur a late cancellation fee.
If you are on a waitlist but do not make it into a class, your pass will automatically be available to use for another visit during your current effective period.
You can manage your waitlist reservations just like other class reservations via our App, Website, or contacting our team directly.
