Studio FAQs
You'll need to create a WellnessLiving account with us to sign up. If you're looking at our schedule and click "sign up" for a class or event and don't have an account with us, you'll be prompted to create one! Once you're all set, you'll be able to sign up and choose your payment option.

You must purchase a pass or use one of your membership classes to reserve a spot on the waitlist. If anyone cancels up to 2 hours before class begins and you're next for promotion, you'll automatically be moved into class. Be sure you've opted into notifications so you'll get your text, push, or email!
Please be aware that our late cancellation window is 4 hours. So, if you're on a waitlist and won't be able to attend a class, we recommend canceling your reservation once you know this. If you're moved into a class 2 hours before start time and then need to cancel, that's still a late cancellation.
You can sign up and manage waitlist reservations just like active reservations from your account home or app!
Leveling is a pretty open concept at Black Box, but we do offer notations in our class descriptions to help you decide! Most class descriptions will open with {Level of class - Type of class} as well as include a list of prerequisites.

We put our schedule out monthly and publish it 7 days before the 1st of the upcoming month. It's a manual process so, it goes up throughout the day!
The exceptions would be holidays, and those will always be marked on our calendar!

If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so as soon as you can! You can manage your reservations through your account page on WellnessLiving or via our mobile app. You can also send us a text or email, and we'll cancel for you!
What happens next depends on when you notify us:
If you cancel more than 4 hours before class, your class pass is returned to you for future use.
If you cancel less than 4 hours before, it’s a late cancellation — you’ll lose your class visit and be charged a $10 fee.
If you don't show up and don't cancel, you’ll lose the class visit and be charged a $15 fee.
If you send us a text, email, or voicemail about your reservation, we'll honor that time stamp when canceling!
